We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.🚚

● Return Eligibility 

To be eligible for a return, items must be :

▪︎ Unworn and unwashed

▪︎ In original condition 

▪︎ Free from stains, odor, perfume, deodorant marks, or damage

▪︎ With original tags attached (if applicable)

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

●  How To Start A Return

To begin a return, please contact us at Its.caminodulce@gmail.com  before sending any items back. 

All returns must be approved in advance. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

● Returns & Exchange Options

 Once your returns is recieved and inspected, you may choose one of the following :

● Refund 

Refunds may be issued to your original payment method once approved. 

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank.

● Exchanges 

We offer exchanges depending on inventory availability. If you need a different size or item, contact us and we would do our best to assist you.

Once your return is recieved please allow 3 to 5 business days for inspection and processing.

● Shipping Information 

Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays or high demand periods

Once package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. Please refer to our size side before purchasing. Slight variations in sizing (1 to 2 cm) may occur due to manufacturing differences.

● Right To Refuse Returns

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy requirements. Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or use will not be accepted.
